As social distancing continues to evolve due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we wanted to give an update on how Silverton is protecting our employees, clients, trade partners, and local communities.

To Our Current Clients:

Work on your home will continue. However, we are taking precautions at the job-site to prevent the spread of COVID-19. These precautions include:

  • Scheduling only one trade partner to work on your home at a time
  • Encouraging our trade partners to arrive on-site in separate vehicles
  • Thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting your home by our cleaning team once construction is complete

Should you need to request non-emergency warranty work on your home, please know that we will extend the deadline until social distancing restrictions are lifted. That being said, if emergency work is required, we will still complete it as needed.

To Our Future Clients:

At this time, our office hours have been modified and some/all of our employees are working remotely. For your safety, all of our contractual agreements will be done electronically and payments can be made electronically. For the time being, all meetings will be held virtually. To contact our team, please get in touch using the email addresses or phone numbers below.

Silverton Custom Homes has been in business since 1993 and survived through stock market swings, 9/11 and recessions. We will survive this too! We place a tremendous amount of faith in a God who loves us dearly and will be praying for you all during this time. We truly appreciate the trust you’ve placed in us and are grateful for your patience and understanding as we adjust to these extraordinary times.

Blessings,

Mike Grimm
President & CEO

Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High
will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.

I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress,
my God, in whom I trust.”

Surely he will save you
from the fowler’s snare
and from the deadly pestilence.

He will cover you with his feathers,
and under his wings you will find refuge;
his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.

You will not fear the terror of night,
nor the arrow that flies by day,

nor the pestilence (disease) that stalks in the darkness,
nor the plague that destroys at midday.

— Psalm 91
