Meet Our Team: Tristin Criswell, Office Assistant

Tristin started working at Silverton Custom Homes in August of 2016 fresh out of high school.

She works as an Office Assistant, scheduling appointments, following up with people interested in building or remodeling, maintaining the office and assisting with anything else that is needed.

Her favorite part of the job: Getting to meet different people and getting to encourage their home building dreams while working alongside Mr. Keith Billington. It’s been a blessing. She loves what she does — getting to build those relationships with clients — watching them get excited about their project and going into contract. Paper comes to life. Not many people can say they built their dream home.

Mr. Mike Grimm started Silverton Custom Homes in 1993 she states, it’s different than most home builders because they build their business on integrity and honor – clients always come back for projects and through word of mouth. Mr. Mike considers the client before the sale.

The office is in Jonestown, Texas; it’s growing a lot, from 2008 to now, there are many new locations for restaurants and shopping — with growth comes diversity.

In her spare time, she and her mother have a Podcast called “Oh…” Think of it as late-night conversations. She and her mother always talk to each other and had a great idea one day to say, “We always have such good conversations, why don’t we record this” so people can see our relationship and listen to relatable conversations. Her favorite home building style is the modern farmhouse look: clean and crisp, warm, not cold.
