We’re getting ready to pour the foundation at Lakeview Escape, and before we do, we’ve taken all the necessary steps to ensure a strong, stable base for this dream home.

First, we carefully graded and compacted the site to create a solid foundation and we made adjustments to improve drainage where needed. Next, we set and leveled the formwork to define the foundation’s exact shape and dimensions, ensuring everything is aligned perfectly.

With the formwork in place, we installed steel reinforcement, carefully spacing and securing rebar to strengthen the foundation and prevent shifting over time. Then, we laid out plumbing and utilities, double-checking all connections before the concrete pour to avoid costly modifications later.

Finally, we checked the weather forecast, ensuring ideal conditions for a smooth pour and proper curing. With everything in place, we’re ready to take this exciting next step in bringing Lakeview Escape to life! Stay tuned for more updates.
