This month’s featured floor plan is from our collection of Classic Custom Home floor plans. Our Classic Custom Homes range in size from 2700 square feet to 4500 square feet and feature three bedrooms and two or three bathrooms.
This month’s floorpan is the North Ridge plan, a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with plenty of character and charm and that fit’s perfectly in the Austin landscape.
The main level of this three bedroom custom home features an open floor plan. Greet your guest from the porch entry. Hall closet is on your left and the study is on the right. If you work from home, have a home business or just want an area of the house that is quiet and set apart from the open living space, you’ll love the study. The great room is spacious and open to the dining area and kitchen.
The kitchen is designed to look great and yet provide function. You’ll enjoy throwing together an impromptu get-together spread or a full blown holiday meal with all the fixings in this kitchen. Plenty of work space with the large kitchen island. Organization and storage are key and there’s plenty of that in this design. The walk-in pantry provides more storage and keeps appliances that are used infrequently, out of the way.
The dining area has plenty of natural sunlight to bathe the room in light and warmth. The utility room is located between the kitchen and garage for easy access and convenience. There’s even additional storage in the 2 car garage.
